

LAB=Learned Athletic Behavior
Since 2003, the LAB has been a renowned multi-sports training program dedicated to empowering athletes. Through close collaborations with local schools, teams, clubs, and coaching staffs, we aim to optimize athletes' performance. Our comprehensive offerings include Adult Fitness Classes, Personal Trainers, the Recovery LAB, Sport Specific Training, and Team Training.

Well Rounded Athletes
Our training programs cater to both individual and group settings, addressing various aspects such as speed, lateral movement, vertical power, strength, balance, flexibility, and injury prevention. By offering personalized attention and a collective learning environment, our athletes are empowered to thrive in their chosen sports.

Injury Prevention & More
We educate our athletes on injury prevention exercises that aid in safeguarding ligaments and joints. This enables our athletes to endure the impacts and overall strain of their sport and ensures the longevity of their season.

What A Typical Sports Training Session Looks Like
A typical training session at the LAB lasts about an hour. All training sessions start on the hour and begin with a dynamic warm up which then leads into the main theme of the training session. Every athlete trains in speed, agility, strength, and power development geared around the athlete’s sport and the athlete’s individual needs. The training hour is finished off by core work. During our training sessions our training staff will help educate the athlete on how the exercises/movements they are training in relate to them and their sports situations.
