LAB- Learned Athletic Behavior
The LAB is a multi sports training program that has been training athletes since 2003. We work closely with local schools, teams, clubs, and coaching staffs to help athletes reach their full athletic potential.

All Ages, Levels, & Sports
We train athletes of ALL ages, levels, and sports. All of our training is age appropriate and structured consistently with the individual athletes’ ability.

Well Rounded Athletes
We train both one on one and in small groups working on speed, lateral mobility, vertical explosion, strength, balance, flexibility, and injury prevention. This allows our athletes more opportunity to play and excel in their individual sport.
Injury Prevention & More
We train our athletes in injury preventative exercises to help protect ligaments and joints. This helps our athletes withstand the impacts and overall strain of their sport and longevity of their season.

What A Typical Sports Training Session Looks Like

A typical training session at the LAB lasts about an hour. All training sessions start on the hour and begin with a dynamic warm up which then leads into the main theme of the training session. Every athlete trains in speed, agility, strength, and power development geared around the athlete’s sport and the athlete’s individual needs. The training hour is finished off by core work.
During our training sessions our training staff will help educate the athlete on how the exercises/movements they are training in relate to them and their sports situations.
